Part-Time In-House Nurse

Imani Health is seeking a compassionate and technology-savvy Part-Time In-House Nurse to provide nursing support to patients through scheduled home visits and telehealth appointments.
Attend to subscribed patients through home visits and virtual nursing appointments
Take and document basic vital signs and patient observations
Provide preventive care guidance and basic nursing support
Escalate patients to doctors or healthcare facilities when required
Manage assigned appointments and update patient care records digitally
Prioritise subscribed patients while accommodating non-subscribed bookings where slots allow
Key Requirements
