From creating your account to managing your family's health on a Care Plan — everything in one place.
Create your account
Sign up as a patient in under 2 minutes. Verify your email or phone with a one-time code, then complete your health profile.
Add dependents
Go to Settings → Family & Dependents to add family members (children, parents, spouse). Each gets their own health record and appointment history managed from your single login.
Find a provider
Browse doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. Filter by specialty, service type (in-person, telehealth, or home visit), rating, and availability.
Book and pay
Choose a time slot, confirm the appointment, and pay securely via Paystack (Nigerian bank cards and transfers) or Stripe (international Visa/Mastercard). For home visits, provide the patient's address at checkout.
Track your health
View appointment history, medical records, prescriptions, and test results from your dashboard. Upgrade to a FamilyCare plan to unlock monthly visit quotas for you and your family.
Use Professional Visits on a Care Plan
Subscribers see a 'Professional Visits' section in the navigation. From there you can request a nurse or doctor home visit that draws directly from your monthly quota — no separate payment step. To book for a dependent, select them in the 'For' dropdown before confirming. Track your remaining quota in the Subscription dashboard.
