The Imani Health account team enables and registers your organisation for facility offline mode before anything else can happen.
Install the Imani Health PWA
Add Imani Health to your device's home screen or desktop from your browser — no app store required.
Connect to your local facility server
Open Facility Connection setup and enter your facility server's address once it's running on your network.
Work locally when internet is down
Staff keep working — patients, appointments, admissions, inventory, pharmacy sales and billing — straight from the local server.
Sync safely when internet returns
Queued changes push and pull automatically once connectivity is back, and any conflicts are flagged for review, never silently overwritten.

Security and Data
Offline mode is built so patient data never quietly ends up somewhere it shouldn't.
Offline data stays on the facility server
Records created or edited offline are held on your facility's own local server until they sync to the cloud.
Sync is authenticated and facility-specific
A local server is registered to exactly one organisation and can only sync as that organisation.
No patient records are cached by this website
The public website's service worker only ever caches the static offline page and app icons — never dashboard data or API responses.
Your online login works offline too
Staff sign in with their existing email/username and password. The facility server verifies them locally after your account team backfills credentials — no separate local password is created.
Physical and digital protection is on the facility
Each facility is responsible for securing its own local server — network access, device security and backups.
Conflicts are reviewed, never silently overwritten
If the same record changed both online and offline, sync flags it as a conflict for a team member to review and resolve.
