Part-Time
In-House Nurse
About Imani Health
Imani Health is a digital healthcare platform connecting patients, families and healthcare providers through telehealth consultations, appointment booking, electronic medical records and coordinated home-based healthcare services.
The platform serves subscribed patients who require accessible, reliable and technology-enabled healthcare support, including individuals and families using its healthcare plans. Imani Health is designed to improve continuity of care while ensuring patients can access verified medical professionals remotely or through scheduled in-person support.
Role Summary
The nurse will primarily serve patients enrolled in Imani Health healthcare plans, ensuring that subscribed users receive timely, respectful and reliable nursing support. Non-subscribed patients may also book nursing services based on availability; however, subscribed patients must be given priority in scheduling and service delivery.
For all approved home visits, Imani Health will cover transportation costs in line with the company's transportation and reimbursement process.
Patient Priority Structure
Subscribed Patients
Patients on active Imani Health individual, family or corporate plans receive first access to available nursing slots β including wellness checks, home visits, telehealth support and follow-up monitoring.
Non-Subscribed Patients
Patients without an active plan may book where suitable slots are available. These appointments must not prevent or significantly delay the care of subscribed patients.
Urgent Escalation
Where a patient presents with concerning symptoms or abnormal findings, the nurse must follow the appropriate clinical escalation process regardless of subscription status.
